A regp9 piece is of superior quality. Nonetheless, precious metals warrant special attention. To preserve your jewel’s beauty for generations to come, we advise you to follow these instructions.

• The more you wear your regp9 jewel, the less care it requires, as frequent usage slows down the tarnishing process. To further delay the natural oxidation process we recommend avoiding exposure to moisture, extreme heat, temperature changes, perfume, cosmetics, household cleaning products, chemicals and other corrosive substances. We believe that wear and tear is part of the innate beauty of silver products. While gold oxidizes to a lesser extent than silver, your jewel may acquire a unique patina as time goes by.  This is a testament to its history. If you wish to polish your piece to restore its original lustre we recommend using special jewelry polishing products.
• Handle your piece with care. Avoid impact with hard and abrasive surfaces, as shocks may cause marks and scratches. We recommend you to remove your jewel before engaging in any activity that could damage it. Be especially careful with the delicate posts on earrings.
• Your jewelry will need to be cleaned from time to time. Clean your regp9 pieces carefully in lukewarm water, using a soft brush and some gentle soap. Rinse thoroughly and blot dry with a soft clean cloth.
• Storage is key in order to keep your piece in pristine condition. When you’re not wearing your jewel, we recommend that you store it in its original regp9 packaging. We strongly advise you to store each jewel separately, to avoid the potential of damage or scratching as items come into contact. Chains should be closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.
